The Boss takes the road again, and the group accompanies him.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announced on Monday that they will begin an arena tour in February in the United States, followed by stadium shows from April in Europe.
Few details about which cities the rockers will visit have been announced, but it will be the first time the band has toured since The River Tour wrapped up in Australia in February 2017.
“After six years, I can’t wait to see our big and loyal fans next year,” Springsteen said in a statement.
The European concerts will begin on April 28 in Barcelona. Other stops in Europe will include Dublin, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. The tour plans several shows in Great Britain, but the exact cities have not been announced.
No details on which US cities the tour will visit have been announced, but the North American dates will be split into two segments. The second leg of this tour will begin in August.
The band’s last release was the 2020 album “Letter to You”.
