He says: “At Deyaar FM, our goal is to achieve sustainable growth. We started this year on a good note and plan to continue to do so by exceeding expectations.

For any company, the greatest asset is the staff, and it is important that they take care of them. With recent weekend shifts, Deyaar FM has decided that its white collar staff will work a four and a half day week to increase productivity and motivation during the working week.

He adds: “We have already noticed a positive change with this decision. From a growth perspective, it was important for DFM to add more in-house services, which is why we launched in-house chiller maintenance and facade cleaning and repair as a new segment. In addition, we also aim to enter new sectors and provide these customers with tailor-made solutions. »

Deyaar FM will continue to invest in technology, particularly in the area of augmented reality with the aim of improving service delivery, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs.

Mohamad says: As part of improving and streamlining our internal processes, we have now launched our new comprehensive app-enabled HR system, where all activities are performed online and in real-time. We have seen the FM market re-emerge strongly from the pandemic. At Deyaar FM, we have managed to achieve the expected growth for the year 2021.”

Deyaar FM recorded a 60% increase in its workforce for the year 2021, achieving an overall growth of 18% in its activity where it signed 29 new contracts.

He adds: We have also ventured into new sectors in the UAE market such as healthcare and retail. Deyaar FM has successfully obtained the ISO 41001 Facility Management certification as well as the BICSc certification thus reaffirming our commitment to provide quality services to our customers. These accreditations will help us standardize our policies and procedures further improving our service delivery. We now have two fully equipped training centers where all our staff will undergo professional training. We have successfully executed a transformation strategy to meet the highest international standards and best practices, which has positioned the company as one of the leading FM service providers in the UAE, known for providing a service of high quality and cost-effective tailor-made solutions.
