Delaware North acquires Colorado outdoor recreation and adventure company Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings

Global hospitality and entertainment company Delaware North today announced the acquisition of Red Cliff, Colo.-based Nova Guides, a full-service outdoor recreation and adventure travel company offering exclusive wedding and accommodation offers. The purchase makes Delaware North one of the largest winter outdoor recreation and adventure tour operators in the United States.

Conveniently located near Vail, Colorado, Nova Guides’ expansive grounds include a main lodge with a restaurant and retail store, plus a selection of accommodation offerings, including three two-bedroom cottages, a five-bedroom and a two-bedroom house. lodge.
