The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a special package tour to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. For centuries, the paragon of beauty has been shrouded in mystery due to inaccessibility. The tour to the glittering islands, which resemble an emerald in the Bay of Bengal, will begin its journey on January 14 next year.
The package – Exotic Andaman – will cover places like Port Blair, North Bay Island, Ross Island, Havelock & Neil Island, Cell Jail, Radha Nagar Beach, Kalapathar Beach and Beach from Bharatpur. The journey will be made first by air from Bhopal then Chennai, then to Port Blair. The return trip will be on January 20, making this a 6 night, 7 day tour.

For an adult in triple sharing, the cost of the package is Rs.52,300, while for a single person, it is Rs. 70,550. The cost of the package includes airfare, transfers for sightseeing and transfer from Port Blair-Havelock Island-Neil Island – Port Blair by luxury cruise.
Additionally, ferry fees, accommodation, meals, beverages, sightseeing, travel insurance, GST and entrance tickets are also included in the package price. The IRCTC organized breakfast and dinner only.
