Peppermint – the actress, singer, reality TV star and trailblazing activist who continues to challenge boundaries has announced she’s teamed up with RuPaul’s Drag Race favorite Jujubee to hit the road in November for a tour North American. The “Letters Live/Good Juju” tour presented by Obsessed will hit major cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and New York. All dates are on sale here.
The “Letters Live/Good Juju” tour will feature the 2 divas performing with a live band (no lip sync for their lives on this stage). The tour supports Peppermint’s latest R&B project “Letters To My Lovers” which includes his latest release, Moment of Weakness.
Fans will have an intimate experience with a full show from each artist and maybe even some surprise moments together. Peppermint’s rhythm & blues set will not only take you on a musical journey with song selections from Letters To My Lovers Volumes 1 (nominated for a GLAAD Media Award for Best Songwriter) and 2 and some unreleased nuggets from the next volume 3, but also some humorous and very personal stories included in the live show.
Jujubee’s set will showcase songs from juju’s two great EPs combined with her iconic storytelling sharing memories of her time on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Queen Of the Universe and her new Wonders produced podcast ‘Queen Of Hearts’.
“I’m so proud of this music. I’m glad I was able to create something that comes straight from the heart and speaks to our community and the issues that affect us, transgender people deserve to experience love and see our story told. publicly. I work hard to create music that would have made the ten year old boy proud. I’m so excited to hit the road and meet all my supporters and tell the stories behind the music! This tour is going to be different anything I’ve ever done before!” Love, peppermint.
While Jujubee said, “The excitement doesn’t even begin to express how I feel about this tour with Peppermint! I can’t wait for everyone to experience a different side to our brilliance. This will be the first time that I will be able to play my original music with a live band – this live concert tour is going to be pure magic!”
