Supercarblondie shows a $40 million mansion on Palm Island in Dubai, which has an insane garage built under the sea and houses a collection of supercars worth $24 million.

YouTuber Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie, in his latest video, took a break from his usual automotive-themed content to take an exclusive tour of an insane $40 million mansion in one of London’s hottest localities. most expensive in Dubai – although there is a surprise car connection to the breathtaking villa. Located on the chic, tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai, the mansion has a decidedly contemporary architecture and design that blends beautifully into the modern Dubai city landscape.

Covered in huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the mansion offers sweeping views of Dubai’s cityscape, including the iconic Atlantis The Palm hotel. The property is also located right by the sea like all the other villas in the Palm Jumeirah island. What makes it even more special is a 30 meter long infinity pool right by the sea. But the highlight of this magnificent villa is something truly exceptional and Alex is quick to present it in the video: it’s a giant underwater garage for 14 cars.

Before heading to the garage, Alex rummages through a bowl full of keys to all the cars parked inside and chooses to pick four. She then descends a flight of stairs to finally reveal the magnificent garage which is full of incredibly rare supercars and hypercars.

The collection of cars parked inside the car include a Bugatti Super Sport 300+, two LaFerraris, a Ferrari F12, a Mercedes-Benz GT Black Series, a McLaren Senna and a Ford GT. The YouTuber goes on to state that the collection is worth $24 million. In fact, the garage itself cost around $4 million to build, as the builders had to dig under the sea to make it and add a large amount of waterproofing to protect it from seawater.

Another attractive feature of the garage is a ceiling glass window that opens directly into the living room of the villa. Alex uses the elevator from the garage this time to reach the living room and demonstrates how the window provides a very satisfying view of the garage from above. As a car guy, I couldn’t stop drooling.

After checking out the garage, Alex continues his detailed tour and explores other parts of the mansion, including the living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and many of his entertainment areas. At one point, she mentions how the $40 million mansion and incredible views outside would make you feel like you’ve “made it.” Don’t forget to watch the video.
